I'm thrilled to be sharing a brand new feature on the Sunshine and Carousels Blog. The new features is called Three Ways and this feature will be all about taking one ingredient or one supply (like a craft supply) and I will show you three ways you can use them. Three ideas, three tips or tricks, three techniques...and so on and so on. This has been brewing in my mind since summer so I'm excited to be finally sharing it with you. A few weeks ago I spotted a 'hot chocolate buffet table' on pinterest and I've been obsessed about making cute hot chocolate party treats ever since. In just a couple of weeks Josh and I are hosting a Halloween party for our youth kids at our house. Because I'm fairly busy already I didn't want to stress myself out the day of the party, so I've been preparing treats that I can freeze or store ahead of time that will still be fresh the day of the party. Chocolate is great because it can be frozen easily or stored in an air tight container at room temperature. So last week I made these hot chocolate stirs, wrapped them up and stuck them in the freezer. I'll just need to pop them out the day of the party and we will be good to go. So here are the three Hot Chocolate Stirs I made for the party.
Spooky and fun ghost peeps dipped in chocolate and mounted on pretty paper straws. This is for those that love a little mallow right in their hot chocolate. I think it makes a great decorative accent on a party table too.
So fun, easy and quick and I think the possibilities and ideas of how to use these for parties is endless.
Hope you enjoy!
