Making Christmas - Salted Caramel Sauce Jar Gifts

Here's a sweet treat to give those constant bakers, sweet treat lovers and all others. Salted Caramel Sauce in a sweet little glass jar. Here's the recipe for Salted Caramel Sauce:

2 cups of sugar
3-4 tablespoons of water
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon plus one pinch of sea salt
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream

Place your sugar and water a medium size pot and heat while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Once the sugar has dissolved heat on medium and don't touch or stir it. Your sugar mixture will start to boil and turn a deep amber color (about 6-7 minutes maybe longer depending on your heat). Once it has turned a rich deep amber color mix in your butter until melted. Immediately after your butter has melted remove from heat and whisk in your heavy cream. Now stir in your salt and you are done. Serve immediately or place in small kerr canning jars and top off with some cute fabric and ribbon. You can even tie a little tag around the top with the recipe.
This is a perfect treat to stick in a little gift basket. Can't wait to give mine jars away. You can use salted caramel sauce to bake with, for your coffee or hot chocolate, ice cream toppings, milk shake making and so much more.

Love,
   Erin

  6. You need to get your boxes early but be aware that even flat
they take up a lot of space. " The easy answer to that difficult and (often) emotionally charged issue is that you need to determine how much stuff you will really need to take along to your new home. Providing assistance to customers who are trying to relocate is the responsibility of the customer service reps.
