It's been busy lately, after yesterdays post about my new etsy shop you know I'm telling the truth. With the fashion show coming up, releasing the new etsy shop, working on a new collection as well as just regular orders and things...there's been little down time. I'm still getting to spend quality time with Josh and Penelope but when I do get in the studio I work double time. In between working in the studio and family time I've been meeting with the hair and makeup artist for the fashion show, doing a walk through with RAW Tulsa, little meet ups with my friends...it's been a full but good time. I wore this outfit a couple of days ago while running errands, meetings, lunch with Josh and then back in the studio to work all evening. I love this dress so very much. It's really comfortable and soft and I've tried it with a blazer and a cardigan before. The red in the dress reminds me of my lipstick so I got all matchy matchy with it that day.
I can't wait to try this dress out in the fall with some bright red tights and maybe my blue velvet blazer. It has those rich colors so I think I'll be able to pull it off all year long.

Hope you're having a decent week...just a few more days till the weekend. Yay!
P.S. If you are from the Tulsa area and you want to come out to the RAW Tulsa event next Thursday June 21st (where I'm showing at my first fashion show), it's from 8-12 at 33forty on Brookside. You can purchase your tickets on the RAW website here. Make sure you click 'Sunshine and Carousels' as the artist you are supporting and come introduce yourself to me at the show. I'd love to meet you.
